Everything here is written for local business owners around Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky rather than for other marketers, so there is no jargon in it that I have not explained. All of it is free and none of it needs you to talk to me first.
I write these for a simple reason. When I scanned 150 local business websites around here, 52% of them had nothing on the site answering the questions their customers actually ask. That is half the market leaving the explaining to somebody else, and it is one of the cheapest gaps to close.
Most of what is below started as a question somebody asked me on the phone. If you have been wondering about something and cannot find a straight answer anywhere, that is usually a sign it is worth writing up.
