Fewer than ten of the fifty odd agencies serving this market publish a number anywhere. Everybody else wants a discovery call first, which is a call you sit through in order to find out whether you can afford the thing. Mine are on the pricing page and they are the real numbers.
You own everything, always
Your domain, your hosting, your Google Business Profile, your analytics and your Search Console are all in your name, and I am added as a manager. If we stop working together you take everything with you and you are not chasing me for a password. Ask every agency you talk to about this one, because the answer tells you a lot about how the rest of it will go.
You work with the person doing the work
There is no account manager and nobody junior. When you call you get me, and when something goes wrong you are not explaining it to somebody who then has to go and ask.
No contract and no lock in
Month to month with thirty days notice, and no cancellation fee. I would rather keep you because the work is worth it than because leaving is difficult.
No guarantees, and a report that says what actually happened
Nobody controls Google's algorithm, so nobody can promise you a ranking. What I will do is tell you what I did, show you the numbers, and say plainly when a month was quiet. Somebody who reports a triumph every single month is managing you rather than informing you.
